Choose Torriden DIVE-IN Serum for the lower cost per mL, or Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Capsule 100 Serum if you want niacinamide and PDRN, which only Anua lists. We found no test comparing the two directly, so this guide uses official ingredient lists, dated US prices and each brand’s own test reports.

How do the two serums compare?

We read the full ingredient list on each brand’s official US product page on October 13, 2026.

Water, first on both lists, is the solvent. Butylene glycol and glycerin, humectants that attract and hold water, are among the first four ingredients on both lists; Anua’s first four also include propanediol. An ingredient list shows order, not amounts, so neither list tells you how much of any ingredient a bottle contains or which ingredient does most of the hydrating. For the same reason, a longer count of hyaluronic acid forms does not show a higher dose, and INCI names do not give molecular weight. If you react to specific plant extracts, read the full list on each page.

One caution: Ulta’s brand-supplied listing prints Anua’s ingredients in a different order from Anua’s own site. We used the official list, but the package you buy is the final word.

Does Torriden DIVE-IN Serum contain PDRN?

No. Torriden’s official US ingredient list omits sodium DNA.

PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a mix of DNA fragments that appears on ingredient labels as sodium DNA. Anua’s stated 100 ppm equals 0.01% (divide parts per million by 10,000), not 100%. For what sodium DNA is and how its research divides between injections and topical products, see our explainer on what PDRN in skincare actually is.

Which is cheaper per mL?

Torriden costs about half as much per mL. Prices were checked on October 13, 2026, as one-time purchases; subscription, duo, bundle and refill prices are excluded.

Whether Anua’s higher cost is worth it depends on whether you prefer its ingredient mix; the price gap does not show how much of any ingredient a bottle contains or that either serum works better. For a refill set and other retailers, our Anua PDRN Capsule 100 formula analysis compares more price points.

Torriden or Anua: which one should you choose?

Start from what your routine already has and what you want to pay.

  • Lowest cost per mL: Torriden.
  • You want niacinamide or PDRN: Anua. The trials below do not test PDRN.
  • You avoid fish-derived ingredients: rule out Anua (see the table). Torriden lists no sodium DNA, but that does not show it is free of all fish- or animal-derived ingredients, so check with Torriden.
  • You want the shortest routine: pick one, not both; they fill the same serum step.

What do the brand tests show?

  • Torriden describes hydration tests in 20 people (immediately and at 48 hours) and 22 people (4 weeks), plus a 6-week patch test in 50 people.
  • Anua reports 8.93% temporary hydration and moisture-plumping and 24.64% temporary deep hydration after one use. Its page text gives no participant number or comparison condition.

With different brand-run designs and no shared test, these figures cannot show which serum hydrates more.

What does the research say about the key ingredients?

Controlled trials support hyaluronic acid for hydration and 5% niacinamide for several visible signs of photoaging. Those trials tested their own formulas, so they support the ingredients, not either finished serum.

Hyaluronic acid (both serums). In a 2011 trial, 76 women aged 30 to 60 applied 0.1% hyaluronic acid creams of 50 to 2,000 kDa around one eye twice daily for 60 days, with a vehicle cream on the other side (Pavicic et al., 2011). Every molecular weight improved hydration and elasticity compared with the vehicle, and the 50 and 130 kDa creams also reduced measured wrinkle depth.

Niacinamide (Anua only). In a 2005 double-blind, randomized split-face trial, 50 white women with facial photoaging applied 5% niacinamide to one side and a vehicle to the other twice daily for 12 weeks (Bissett et al., 2005). The niacinamide side showed improved appearance of wrinkles, red blotchiness, pigment spots and sallowness, plus better measured elasticity.

How do you use either serum in a routine?

Use one of them in the serum step between cleansing and moisturizer. The American Academy of Dermatology’s guidance on skin care on a budget builds a routine on cleanser, moisturizer and sun protection, treats extra products as optional and advises against using too many.

  1. Cleanse, then apply toner if you use one.
  2. Spread a few drops of the serum over the face.
  3. Follow with a moisturizer. Our guide to whether hyaluronic acid can dry out your skin explains why a cream on top of a hyaluronic acid serum helps.
  4. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.

If you switch from one serum to the other, introduce it without other new products at the same time so you can tell how your skin responds. Stop using either product if it stings, itches or reddens skin persistently.

The bottom line

Choose on cost per mL, the ingredients you want and any ingredient sources you avoid. We found no test comparing the two, so whichever you pick, follow it with a moisturizer.

Frequently asked questions

Does Torriden DIVE-IN Serum contain PDRN?

No. Torriden's official US ingredient list, checked October 13, 2026, does not include sodium DNA, the label name for PDRN.

How much PDRN is in Anua PDRN serum?

Anua's brand answer on its Ulta listing states 100 ppm, which equals 0.01%.

Which is cheaper, Torriden or Anua?

Torriden, per mL: about $0.48 against Anua's $1.00 at each brand's US site on October 13, 2026.

Which is better for dry skin, Torriden or Anua?

We found no test comparing the two. For dry skin, follow either one with a moisturizer and choose by the ingredients you want and the price per mL.

Can I use Torriden and Anua serums together?

You can, but they overlap in the serum step. One hydrating serum under a moisturizer keeps the routine short, in line with American Academy of Dermatology advice against using too many products.

Is either serum suitable if I avoid fish-derived ingredients?

Anua's is not: Anua says its sodium DNA is salmon-derived. Torriden lists no sodium DNA, but that alone does not show it is free of all fish- or animal-derived ingredients, so ask Torriden or look for a certification claim from the brand.
